Refund Policy

The refund policy of Moto Instincts states that the refund period lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If an individual is not getting their money’s worth, they can claim a full refund within one week from the date of purchasing Moto Instincts.  Most businesses are not obligated to accept the return of a particular product, until and unless it is defective.  Moto Instincts offers a refund policy to maintain positive customer relations and because we stand behind our product. However, there are certain protocols that a customer needs to follow in order to initiate a refund:

  • Kindly go through the “Introduction” before you purchase Moto Instincts. The Introduction is free and will give you a preview of Moto Instincts before you buy.
  • In the event that Moto Instincts has not met your standards or expectations, please send an email detailing why so we can initiate a refund.
  • You can ask for a refund in the event you misinterpreted the course style. Moto Instincts risk management education is about teaching people how to ride their motorcycle safely.  Ours is a virtual course. That is, you have to attend the lessons online and there is no in-person instruction.
  • If you face any of the above-mentioned criteria, connect with us so that we can solve the dispute and have a look at the problem that you have faced while/after attending our course.
  • The refund period starts from the day of purchase; you have 7 days’ time to initiate a refund. Please note. NO REFUNDS WILL BE INITIATED AFTER THAT.
  • Please ensure you have the receipt with you. Once you have opted for the course and made the payment, we will send you a receipt. Without the receipt a refund cannot be processed.
  • Please provide us with your details, name, date, address. Since our business operates virtually, we will be assisting and meeting your needs virtually.
  • Refunds will generally process in 3-7 business days.
  • A $10 CAD (+GST) cancellation fee will be deducted from the actual refund amount.
  • The customer will be refunded in the same manner that they purchased Moto Instincts.
  • If you have opted for the refund, but still haven’t received it, kindly get in touch with us so that we can take care of the situation.
